I would say that Luke is most definitely involved. In one of the first 13C promos, Zoe was shown pushing one of the basketball players, who was wearing “3” on his jersey…the same number that is on Luke’s jacket in these pictures.

I have a really strong inkling it’s Luke as well. If you watch the promo, with Becky saying, “Tell me this isn’t true” (or whatever the quote is — too lazy to re-watch), it seems all too obvious that she’s talking to Luke.
What upsets me about this, if it is true, is that we didn’t even see Luke at the party. We didn’t really see much of Luke at all (I think there was one scene of him in the classroom when Imogen wasn’t wearing a bra). We haven’t seen Luke being the total dick he has always been (i.e. destroying the garden with Dallas, etc.) and I feel like that would’ve really strengthened the ‘villainous’ characterization of Luke and made it more realistic that he did this.
On another note, talk about a lot of heavy-handed female violence this season, writers.

i wonder if zoë is pregnant? from one of the guys. maybe that’s why shes at the doctors? i always thought zoë was a bitch but now i feel bad for her.

To be fair, most people after they are sexually assaulted go to the doctor’s anyway (to check on many things, most notably STDs and STIs). But yeah, I think a rape resulting in a pregnancy is a really interesting topic. I mean, it DOES happen in real life. And it could go through the path she takes to come to a decision on what to do- raise it herself, adoption, or abortion.

It is an interesting topic, but since this is an ensemble show that is supposed to focus on several characters, that type of storyline would focus too much on a single character, which is why I don’t think it’s a great idea to touch on that. The aftermath of Zoe’s assault will be a meaty and (hopefully) intense enough storyline without throwing a pregnancy in there.

The reason Zoe is at the doctors after a sexual assault was filed they do a rape kit. They clean under the nails, hair, skin for DNA. They give her a full pelvic exam to check for bruising, scaring, STD’s, to see if any sperm or any other things were used in her. Here’s the thing if she is pregnant it would most likely be Drew thats if they didn’t use protection and that in its self will complicate things even more. That means Drew will be dragged in to this. Thats why I believe this story will be the domino effect of Horrors for Zoe and many other people. The other issue is who’s taking pictures of Luke & the other unknown Baksetball guy.. I think there is at least 3 people not just 2.

Maybe it was Zig. He did grabbed her hand at the party ,but then she pulled off. In the end he gave her one of those looks .
